No we do not. We are firm believers that Mother Nature's elements belong outside. And because 80% of our work is commercial it is our intent to give business owners and residents the peace of mind knowing that their building is safe and secure, even after business hours.
Is your work guaranteed?
We stand behind our service 100%. If you are not 100% satisfied with our service we want to know about it. We are committed to making you this an owner operated service.
Are you fully insured?
Yes. We treat your home as if it were our very own. Your items are personal and meaningful to you. You can rest assured that your property is safeguarded for.
Are your cleaning agents safe?
We use the safest and most effective cleaning products in the industry. All of our products are enzyme-based, environmentally friendly, and biodegradable. Our technology also removes 98% of the agents and the moisture, while actually improving the air quality.
How long does it take to get an estimate?
Usually one of our professionals can give an estimate to you within 1-3 days.
Can I walk on the carpeting after the cleaning? Or move my furniture back?
We don't recommend walking on wet carpeting. If furniture is an issue, especially if it is a wooden surface or is painted, we may recommend that a plastic covering be placed under it so your carpeting doesn't discolor and so your furniture surface doesn't suffer water spots or any other type of moisture damage. At your discretion, furniture can be worked around, with adequate drying time, instead of moved, if you prefer. Basic furniture moving available.
